New Hampshire House Municipal Committee
January 21, 2009.
After running way over time on a workforce housing issue that even the Municipal Council witness admitted had been "done to death" the Committee finally gets around to HB52, establishing civil review boards for police.
Ryan Marvin of Pink Pistols gets a bit overheated, but not without reason.
Then Rep. Betsey Patten of Moultonborough gets snippy.
Betsey's been taking a lot of flak recently over her attempts to gut SB2. Maybe that's why she's so touchy.
EVERYBODY is on her case and with good reason.
But if you ask me Marvin WAS talking to the merits of the bill.

I didn't hear any snarling or snippiness in the video, nor can I understand what anyone's sexual orientation could possibly have to do with this issue...
